Come join us while we learn how our ancestors created their Thanksgiving Feasts. During this hands on workshop we will learn many different historic cooking techniques while preparing a full Feast which we can all share when done. We will cover: Spit roasting, Reflector Oven, in the coals cooking, sauces, gravy, dutch oven use and even make our own butter. So come spend the day with us not only learning many useful skills, but sitting down with a great community of folks and enjoying a first class meal.
Cost is only $25, which covers all supplies.
